Warranty

Old Barn Rustic, Co. Inc warranties the product for 30 days after the date of purchase.  Returns may be directed to Old Barn Rustic, Co. though our contact page.

Old Barn Rustic, Co. will gladly replace products that are damaged or otherwise defective by the fault of Old Barn Rustic, Co. (the product manufacturer). Otherwise returns are not automatically accepted, but may still be approved in some scenarios with up to a a 50% restocking charge.  Many of the Old Barn products are considered custom and cancellation fee’s of beyond 50% apply, when a return is approved by The Old Barn.  Return shipping as well as the cost of original shipment is the responsibility of the purchaser.

We do not warranty against the natural characteristics of the materials that we utilize.  The items made by The Old Barn are, one of a kind unique hand crafted items.  The materials used to construct Old Barn designs are natural products by nature and thus contain the standard characteristics of natural materials.  This includes wood that naturally splits, cracks and otherwise exhibits activities that would be always expected by these types of materials.

The Old Barn does not warranty against this or any other natural exhibition of these materials tendencies.   All products fade over time and although we use the highest quality paints and stains available it is the responsibility of the purchaser to properly care for the items once it is received.  Even with the most careful covering and protection Old Barn colors will fade and this natural process is not warrantied against.
